Initiator and Sponsor of
the first of it's kind legislation in the United States,
"Billy's Bill" for SunSafety, which granted children the
use of hats and sunscreen on California school campuses.
SB 310 and SB 1632. Our hopes are to continue the
spread of this important issue across the country.
By assisting other states in bringing about legislative
change we can insure the protection of all children in
